Summer has been exhausting my feet! I feel like they constantly need something cooling and detoxing - especially at the end of the day. So the idea of making these feet wipes was simply inevitable;-) Yet another life saver I just can't live without now;-)
HOW I MAKE THEM:
I
first put sea salt and baking soda into the water and shake it all very well together. I then combine aloe vera gel with essential oils, add this mixture to the soda and salt solution, stir and pour into my bottle.
I pour the solution onto my wipes which I then store in an empty wipes container and let the wipes soak overnight.
WHAT I USE:
- 1 tsp Baking Soda - works as a great deodorant and antiperspirant (read here)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt - is rich in minerals, detoxifies by drawing toxins out of your feet
- 2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel - is very moisturizing, soothing, and healing
(read here) - six drops Lavender Oil*** - is a highly potent anti-fungal oil (read here)
- twenty drops Peppermint Oil*** - has amazing cooling and refreshing effect
- 1/2 cup Water
- a pack Dry Cleaning Wipes
- empty Sport Top Water Bottle

And that's my summer feet saver! Happy feet = happy me;-)))
