My Daily Aromatherapy Routine...

Scents are most definitely an essential part of my life, especially since I'm very sensitive to smells. That's why I try to keep a regular daily aromatherapy routine - not only do I make it as natural and healthy as possibly, I also follow the principles of Feng Shui with it (I'll probably talk about Feng Shui in more details in one of my future posts) So here's what I do...
Since my days usually start before the sunrise I have to wake up to something really energizing and revitalizing to get myself going. I program my coffee maker to start brewing coffee right around the time I get up, so that the smell could get me into the morning tune.

As I get ready in the morning I put my daily scent on. I usually change this scent every season and I love using Pacifica natural perfumes collection. First of all, because it's all natural, which is very important. Secondly, because Pacifica has this whole collection of scents in various forms: candles, shower gels, perfumes, lotions and etc. In addition to regular daily perfume I also buy a roll-on version to take with me and a solid perfume version that I use on my hands - it smells amazing and moisturizes hands unbelievably great! My current scent this fall is Tuscan Blood Orange.
When I work in the office, I always use Pacifica Lotus Garden Reed Diffuser to fragrance the room (smells amazing!), and then I occasionally moisturize hands with solid perfume from the same fragrance collection.
When I come home and work on some creative projects in my closet room, I burn my Pacifica Hawaiian Ruby Guava candles
I also love burning Pacifica candles in my dining room and my living room right before going to sleep. I use California Star Jasmine and Island Vanilla.
In the kitchen I use potpourri and my homemade all-natural potpourri spray (mixture of essential oils and distilled water)
And to re-freshen my closet room for the night I take my rose petals out and spray them with aromatherapy spray (I did a DIY post on that before).
When I get ready to go out over the weekend, I try not to burn candles in the closet room, because I walk around a lot trying stuff on and etc., so candles can be quite dangerous at that point. That's why I burn Auric Blends incense sticks instead - I love that they're natural and super affordable (10 sticks for $1)

Right before going to sleep I love warming up some lavender oil in the oil warmer to then apply on my cuticles. That way I both - fragrance the room and heat up the oil for the cuticles. The lavender smell is extremely relaxing  - perfect for the night!

What is your guys' aromatherapy routine like? Please share your ideas cuz I'm very open to exploring new ways to fragrancing my life in a natural way:-)

    1. Thank you, Deja! I'm a bit of control freak, yeah;-))) I apply Feng Shui to many aspects of my life, so I'll try to do a post on that sometime. And I LOVE citrusy scents as well, especially during the day, cause they're very uplifting!
